Our broker, Maurice Bell, has been in real estate industry for over 8 years while his family has proudly been in the business for over 30 years. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Maurice worked in operations for Amazon in Minneapolis, MN. Working in the warehouse environment with a diverse group of associates, Maurice found his passion helping and leading others. He decided to return to Texas to pursue more client-facing opportunities. It was there, he was introduced to the family business of real estate starting with leases and sales in San Antonio before growing into Austin.

Quickly separating himself as a top producing agent, he began working with banks, asset managers, and investors in addition to his residential buy and sell clientele. Garnering a Texas broker’s license, and finding his wife, Tiffanie in the business, they now bring over a combined 15 years of experience.

While Texas was home to Maurice, California was home to Tiffanie and the couple decided to move their business to Los Angeles in 2020. Navigating the real estate market during Covid kept them engaged with new residential sales, while their previous bank and REO experience introduced them to assisting different types of investors.

In 2024, Maurice received his California Broker’s license to pair with his Texas Broker’s license and decided it was time to start his own brokerage to reflect the intimate experience and outstanding service he wanted for his clients. Understanding two very different markets along with a range of clients, utilizing a wealth of background experience and diversity, Maurice and Tiffanie created MOTIFF Realty.
